Join us in the Little Yogi Zone where children can enjoy art making and explore movement and mindfulness in a playful way. Interactive yoga games like yoga memory, musical mats, and yoga bingo to make learning fun and engaging. Breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and guided visualizations help children learn to focus and explore emotions. These are special opportunities for families to connect in an inclusive environment.

COMMUNITY MURAL
Make art from the heart with arts advocate Marianne Hamilton, exploring the ways art unites and inspires us. Everyone is welcome to contribute their creativity and collaborate in this community project. Marianne will guide participants of all ages through an artistic process that develops skill and confidence to express creatively while contributing to the whole.

YOGA SCHOOL GRADUATION
Celebrate the Class of 2025 graduates from Community Yoga Center’s teacher training programs. Each graduate will be honored for their: (i) study of yoga history, philosophy, art, science, and language, (ii) practice of yoga techniques, ethics, and service, and (iii) ability to share yoga with others.
