The exhibitor experience supports conscious community, ecological sustainability, active lifestyles, nature and outdoor experiences, health and wellness, and yoga (of course!). Ananda Yoga Festival is an opportunity for you to share the mission of your organization while being a vital part of a conscious community.

What You Need To Know

Vendor space is limited and vendor applications will be accepted based on event requirements. If you wish to participate as a vendor, kindly review the information below and complete the vendor application.

EVENT DATE Ananda Yoga Festival will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025 from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Gates open at 8:30am.
EVENT LOCATION White Park in Downtown Riverside, California (3936 Chestnut Street, Riverside, CA 92501)
MINDFUL MARKETPLACE HOURS Mindful Marketplace will be open all day Saturday, May 17, 20205 (9:00am to 6:00pm).
VENDOR SET-UP Vendor set-up is from 7:00am to 8:30am on Saturday, May 17, 2025. Vendors must check-in by 8:00am and set-up by 8:30am.
VENDOR BREAK-DOWN Vendor breakdown is from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Vendors must pack-up and exit the venue by 7:00pm on Saturday, May 17, 2025.
VENDOR APPLICATION & PAYMENT Please complete the vendor application below. All applications are subject to review and approval by the festival organizers. After application review, a payment link will be sent to the e-mail address you provide. Payment may be submitted online with a credit or debit card or in-person with cash or money order upon request. Vendor applications are not fully approved until payment has been submitted.
- Retail or Food Booth Fee: $50
- Non-Profit Social Service Booth Fee: FREE
VENDOR APPLICATION & PAYMENT DEADLINE The deadline for vendor application and payment is April 15, 2025.
VENDOR BOOTH LOCATION A 10 x 10 booth space in the Mindful Marketplace will be reserved for you once your vendor application is approved and payment is received. Your booth space will be assigned in no particular order and at the sole and absolute discretion of the festival organizers. Electrical power is not provided for vendor booths.
THREE PEOPLE PER VENDOR BOOTH Vendors may host each booth space with up to three people. If a vendor anticipates needing more than three people to host a booth space, please contact the event organizers for further discussion.
MARKETING MATERIALS DEADLINE All marketing materials for vendors must be submitted by April 30, 2025, to ensure inclusion in event promotions.
CANCELLATION POLICY If a vendor is unable to attend the festival for any reason, 50% of the vendor fee is refundable before April 30, 2025. On or after that date, any and all vendor payments are non-refundable. Ananda Yoga Festival is a rain or shine event.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION Vendors who do not have a fully processed business license with the City of Riverside by April 15, 2025, will not be able to participate in Ananda Yoga Festival. Liability insurance is required for retail and food vendors (not for information vendors). A food handling permit is required for food vendors only.

Terms & Conditions

Please read this release of liability and mark the circle to indicate your understanding and acceptance.

I acknowledge that I derive personal benefit from my participation in the Ananda Yoga Festival (Event), and in consideration for the same, I release, waive, and forever discharge Tonal Temple, Chelsea Cano, Katie Felt, Cherie Robinson, Evelyn Rueles, Kristin Varner, and all those related to the City of Riverside and their principals, agents, employees, volunteers, representatives, and associated third parties (Released Parties) from any and all present and future liabilities, claims, and demands of whatever nature either in law or equity, to the fullest extent permissible by law, including but not limited to damages caused by the negligence, fault, or conduct of any kind on the part of the Released Parties, including but not limited to death, bodily injury, illness, economic loss, out of pocket expenses, property damage, which I, my heirs, assignees, next of kin, legally appointed or designated representatives, may have or which may hereinafter arise from my participation in the Event. I agree to be personally responsible on behalf of the applicant for payment of all charges assessed for use of the specified premises and for any damages sustained by the area used, it's equipment, or grounds occurring through the occupancy or use of said grounds by the applicant. I have read and understand the terms and conditions of grounds use and I will abide by theme and all applicable provisions of the laws of the State of California.
